I can’t read what people are saying in the chat rooms, because it is in some script unknown to me. All I want to do is chat about dogs and pets. One night I found a chat room that was about pets, then I could never get back into where I could understand what people were saying.

I want to make it my own little chat room between two computer that can share files. (So I can use the chat room when the internet is down.)
